플리온에어(PliOnAir, 이하 “프로그램”)는 사용자가 자기 PC(윈도·맥)에 설치한 오토작곡 안에서 실행되는 유튜브 라이브 방송 예약 기능입니다. 이 방침은 프로그램이 어떤 정보를 쓰고, 어디에 두고, 어떻게 지우는지 설명합니다. 프로그램은 사용자가 이 방침에 동의한 뒤에만 구글 로그인을 시작합니다.
1. YouTube API 서비스 사용
프로그램은 YouTube API 서비스(YouTube Data API)를 사용합니다. 프로그램을 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 구글이 처리하는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침(http://www.google.com/policies/privacy)이 적용됩니다.
2. 프로그램이 쓰는 구글·유튜브 정보
사용자가 [구글로 로그인]을 누르고 허락한 경우에만, 권한 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube 하나로 아래 정보에 접근합니다.

프로그램은 사용자가 버튼을 눌러 요청한 일에만 이 정보를 씁니다. 사용자의 기존 영상과 방송을 지우거나, 사용자가 정하지 않은 공개 범위로 바꾸지 않습니다. 새 방송은 먼저 비공개로 만들고, 사용자가 확인한 뒤 사용자가 고른 공개 범위로 바꿉니다.
3. 저장 위치와 보관 기간
- 위 정보는 사용자의 PC에만 저장합니다. 로그인 토큰과 송출 키는 운영체제의 암호화 기능(윈도 DPAPI, 맥 키체인)으로 보호합니다.
- 개발자는 구글·유튜브 정보를 받는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이 정보를 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다.
- 로그인 토큰은 사용자가 연결을 해제할 때까지 보관합니다.
- 채널 정보와 예약 기록은 프로그램이 유튜브에 연결될 때마다 새로 받아 바꾸고, 30일이 지난 예약 기록은 지웁니다.
4. 다른 곳으로 보내는 정보
- 업스트림(Upstream): 사용자가 자기 업스트림 키를 넣고 연동을 켠 경우에만, 방송 시작·종료 시각과 유튜브 송출 주소·송출 키를 사용자의 업스트림 계정으로 보냅니다. 업스트림이 그 시각에 사용자의 방송을 송출하게 하기 위해서입니다.
- AI 서비스: 제목·설명을 AI로 만들 때는 사용자가 직접 입력한 예시와 설정만 사용자의 AI 구독(Claude, ChatGPT 등)으로 보냅니다. 유튜브에서 받은 정보는 AI 서비스로 보내지 않으며, AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 오토작곡 사용 승인과 업데이트: 오토작곡은 사용 승인을 위해 기기 식별값·기기 이름·운영체제·프로그램 버전과 사용자가 적은 이름·연락처를 개발자의 승인 서버로 보내고, 새 버전이 있는지 확인합니다. 이때 구글·유튜브 정보는 보내지 않습니다.
- 위의 경우 말고는 누구에게도 정보를 팔거나 주지 않습니다. 광고, 판매, 사용자 분석에 쓰지 않습니다. 프로그램에는 광고가 없고, 제3자가 광고나 콘텐츠를 넣지 않습니다.
5. 사용자 기기의 정보와 쿠키
프로그램은 위 3번의 정보를 사용자의 PC에 저장하고 읽습니다. 이 홈페이지는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 다만 홈페이지를 호스팅하는 Vercel이 보안과 운영을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 남길 수 있습니다.
6. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책
프로그램이 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용하거나 다른 앱으로 보내는 일은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요구사항 포함)을 따릅니다.
7. 권한을 없애고 정보를 지우는 방법
- 프로그램의 [플리온에어] 화면에서 [연결 해제]를 누르면, 프로그램이 구글에 토큰 철회를 바로 요청하고 PC에 저장된 해당 채널의 토큰·채널 정보·예약 기록·송출 키를 지웁니다.
- 구글 보안 설정 페이지 https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions 에서 언제든 플리온에어의 권한을 없앨 수 있습니다. 이렇게 권한이 없어지면, 프로그램은 다음 연결 확인 때 이를 알아채고 해당 채널의 정보를 PC에서 지웁니다.
- 프로그램을 지우면 PC에 저장된 정보도 함께 지워집니다.

9. 방침이 바뀌는 경우
정보를 쓰는 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 먼저 올리고, 프로그램에서 다시 동의를 받습니다.
Privacy Policy

PliOnAir (플리온에어, the “App”) is a YouTube live-broadcast scheduling feature that runs inside the 오토작곡 (AutoCompose) desktop program installed on the user's own Windows or macOS computer. This policy explains what information the App uses, where it is kept, and how it is deleted. The App starts Google sign-in only after the user agrees to this policy.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API). By using the App, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
2. Google and YouTube data the App accesses
Only after the user signs in with Google and grants access, the App uses one scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube, to access:
- OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) — to send requests to YouTube on the user's behalf;
- the connected channel's name, ID and profile image — to show the user which channel will be changed;
- scheduled live broadcasts (ID, title, description, scheduled time, privacy status, thumbnail) — to create the broadcasts the user requests, show them for confirmation, and prevent duplicates at the same time;
- live streams (ingestion address and stream key) — to bind a stream to each broadcast and, if the user enabled it, pass it to the user's streaming service (Upstream).
The App uses this data only for actions the user starts with a button. It never deletes the user's existing videos or broadcasts and never changes a privacy status the user did not choose. New broadcasts are created as Private and switched to the status the user selected only after the user confirms.
3. Storage and retention
- The data above is stored only on the user's computer. Tokens and stream keys are encrypted with the operating system's protection (Windows DPAPI, macOS Keychain).
- The developer runs no server that receives Google or YouTube data, and the App never sends such data to the developer.
- Tokens are kept until the user disconnects.
- Channel information and broadcast records are refreshed from YouTube whenever the App connects, and broadcast records older than 30 days are deleted.
4. Sharing
- Upstream: only if the user enters their own Upstream key and turns the integration on, the App sends the broadcast start/end time and the YouTube ingestion address and stream key to the user's Upstream account, so that Upstream can stream to that broadcast.
- AI services: when generating titles or descriptions, the App sends only the examples and settings the user typed to the user's own AI subscription (such as Claude or ChatGPT). Data received from YouTube API Services is never sent to AI services and is never used to train AI models.
- AutoCompose approval and updates: AutoCompose sends a device identifier, device name, operating system, app version and the name and contact the user entered to the developer's approval server, and checks for new versions. No Google or YouTube data is sent.
- Apart from the above, the App does not sell or share data with anyone, does not use it for advertising or analytics, shows no ads, and does not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements.
5. Information on users' devices and cookies
The App stores and reads the data in section 3 on the user's computer. This website uses no cookies; its host, Vercel, may keep access logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
PliOnAir's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
- Pressing [연결 해제] (Disconnect) in the App immediately revokes the token with Google and deletes that channel's token, channel information, broadcast records and stream key from the computer.
- Users can revoke PliOnAir's access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When access is revoked there, the App detects it at its next connection check and deletes that channel's data from the computer.
- Uninstalling the program also deletes the data stored on the computer.
